Meeting Spaces

There are different meeting spaces at the monastery to fit your group’s needs. Each room can be rented for half the day or a full day. Please contact the monastery if you would like to rent one of our facilities. If you are a hosted group, use of the St. Scholastica Room is included in your fee.

      

St. Scholastica Room

Located in the Benedictine Hospitality Center, the St. Scholastica Room provides comfortable executive seating for a maximum occupancy of 36 guests. This room contains a large television, WIFI capability and a full kitchen. Rental fee is $100/day or $50/half day.

Alumni Room

Named in honor of our Academy alumnae, this room is provides users with the opportunity to set up however they need. With a maximum occupancy of 20 guests, the Alumni Room is great for small groups. Rental fee is $30/day.

St. Gertrude Hall

If you have a large group, St. Gertrude Hall is one of our most versatile of spaces. St. Gertrude has large space, moveable walls, table and chairs, and WIFI. The maximum capacity for St. Gertrude is 300 people.

Event Hall

Host your wedding reception, anniversary party, family reunion, holiday party, fundraiser, or other gathering at the Monastery Event Hall, on the grounds of the Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand, Indiana. Monastery Event Hall offers round table seating for up to 400 guests.
