Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand are offering a program, “The Hidden Identity of Jesus in the Gospel of Mark,” on the evenings of November 28-29 at Monastery Immaculate Conception in Ferdinand, Indiana.
During this first week of Advent, program participants will become familiar with Mark by focusing on the unique way that Jesus is portrayed in Mark’s gospel.
The programs run from 7:00 p.m. Eastern time until 8:30 p.m. each night. Sign-in begins at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $15 for one session or $25 for both sessions.

The presenter, Father Eugene Hensell, OSB, a monk of Saint Meinrad Archabbey, has a doctorate in Scripture and is an associate professor of Scripture in the Seminary and School of Theology. He is in much demand giving biblical retreats to laity, religious groups, and clergy through the country.
