Then you're in good company. To some, a vocation is simply a job or a trade. To us, it is a calling to dedicate our lives to serving the world in God’s name. We all have jobs – our many ministries – but our call is a deeper need to use our gifts as part of a community devoted to seeking God. What is your calling?

God’s Time… Called to the Journey

God's Time is a newsletter for women discerning a religious vocation. It is published six times a year. It is published primarily by e-mail, but paper copies are available upon request.

Our sisters come from across the country, from California to New York. They live and work in communities across Indiana and Kentucky, as well as Peru and Italy.

SUMMER CAMP FOR GIRLS - Make plans now for Camp Marian! This summer camp is filled with fun, food, fire and friends. Camp Marian is for girls who are currently in 5-8th grade. Counselors are young adults and high school girls who have completed 9-12th grade.

The Camp takes place by Lake Marian at our Benedictine Monastery in Ferdinand, Indiana. For more info call Sister Michelle Sinkhorn at 812-367-1411. ex. 2830, or email vocation@thedome.org. Cost: $45 - a $10 non-refundable deposit is required. Camp is limited to 50 campers.

Camp Registraion is closed. We have 50 campers. If you would like your daughter to be place on a waiting list, please email you name, her name, email, and phone number to vocaiton@thedome.org.
