Your support makes a difference and changes lives. Here’s how you can become a part of all we do.

Give a gift now. On our secure form, you can designate how you want your gift to be used (for a particular ministry or need) or simply send your gift for the mission and ministries of our community. Your donation may also be in honor or in memory of a loved one.

Become a Partner of St. Benedict. Partners are our friends who commit themselves to an annual gift at one of four giving levels:

• St. Scholastica Circle—$5,000 and above
• Benedictine Society—$1,000 to $4,999
• Founders—$500 to $999
• Anniversary Partners—An amount equal to the number of years since the sisters’ founding (in 1867), up to $499

These gifts can be given at one time annually or extended over the course of a year

Become a Monastery Angel. Monastery Angels are our friends who chose to give regular gifts—in any amount on a monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly schedule—in support of the sisters. They are named after the “Monastery Angel” depicted in a stained glass window in our monastery church who holds the monastery itself in her hands.

As a Partner or a Monastery Angel:

• You are remembered daily in the sisters’ prayers and each month at a Mass for your intentions.
• You are invited to special events at the monastery.
• You share in a special way in the lives of the sisters.
• You join with the sisters in their ministries and help bring God’s love to the world.
• You help ensure that Benedictine values will be preserved for future generations.
• Light a candle in our Lourdes Grotto. Even if you’re in your home miles away from the monastery grounds, you can have a candle lit for your intentions at Our Blessed Mother’s shrine. Remember a loved one who has died or is experiencing difficult times, those serving their country, or honor your own special needs. The sisters will hold your intentions in prayer, and your candle will shine as a sign of your faith and trust in God’s provident care. 

Enroll someone in the Ferdinand Benedictine Spiritual Association. Send a card or booklet to comfort someone, express sympathy, extend birthday and anniversary greetings, or offer your prayers.

Leave a lasting gift. Your planned gift will bring you the satisfaction of knowing that the love you have for our sisters and the people we serve will continue on even after God calls you home.
