All the forms on our web site that involve credit card information are secure and safe pages, protected by thawte, a reputable company that provides security for Internet sites. Information on these secure pages is encrypted, thereby protecting it from disclosure to third parties.

At our web site, there are several forms with which you can request information or ask to be on a mailing list. (These include, for example, Kordes Retreat Center, Vocation Office, For Heaven’s Sake gift shop, Mission Advancement Office.) You can choose to no longer be on a mailing list at any time by notifying us. Every e-mail mailing offers the opportunity for you to opt-out of the mailings.

In our section for children called Kids’ Corner, we offer our young visitors a chance to ask questions of one of our sisters. The question form requests only the child’s first name and age, in order to facilitate providing an answer. No other information is collected. In Kids' Corner, children may also submit prayers they have written. This form also asks for only the child's first name and age.
