Concocted of sugar and spice and all things nice, like the pleasing tastes of ginger, cinnamon, and molasses, ginger snaps have been a favorite for centuries. Since they are said to have been invented by Benedictine monks, we feel like they are in our history, too. And we know it’s in our bakery’s history to feed and please the hungry like you in, well, a snap.
