Directions to Monastery Immaculate Conception

Ferdinand is within easy driving distance of several metropolitan areas: Evansville (1 hour); Louisville (1½ hours); Lexington (2½ hours); St. Louis (3 hours); Cincinnati (3 hours); Indianapolis (3½ hours); and Nashville (3 hours). Two regional airports (Evansville and Louisville) are also located close to Ferdinand.

From the South

Take exit 63 on interstate 64. Turn north onto State Road 162. Proceed north on S.R. 162 for approximately 1 mile. Turn right on 10th Street. 10th street will take you straight onto the Monastery grounds. At the top of the hill on the left are the stairs and ramp leading to the main Monastery entrance. Parking can be found along the hill and at the top on both the right and left.

From the North

Ferdinand is located approximately four miles from the intersection of State Road 64 and State road 162. Proceed south on S.R. 162 into Ferdinand, turn left on 10th Street, and follow the directions as noted above.
