Program on faith journey February 11

Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand are offering a program, “From First Corinthians through ‘The Beatles’ to Email . . . Is love all we really need?” that will open the faith journey for participants by focusing on reflection time, from Scripture to modern day technology.

The workshop will be held Saturday, February 11, at Kordes Center in Ferdinand, Indiana. The program begins at 9:15 a.m. Eastern time and concludes with lunch at 12:15 p.m. It will be presented by Dana Hoffman, a freelance presenter on religious education topics, who is on the Evansville Diocesan RCIA Committee and is Why Catholic? St. Joseph Parish Co-coordinator.

The retreat will consist of some lecture, private reflection time, optional group sharing, and prayer. The goal is to give participants the opportunity to affirm, deepen, and enliven their spirituality journey.

Couples attending can strengthen their faith together, while individuals can share sacred moments experienced.

Program cost is $40, including lunch. Registration is due February 8. For more information, or to register, call 800-880-2777, or 812-367-1411, ext. 2915.
