Saturday Morning at the Dome: Is Love All We Really Need?
Saturday, February 11, 2012, 9:15 am to 12:15 pm
Kordes Center
From First Corinthians through ‘The Beatles’ to Email…. Is love all we really need?
Our focus is reflection time beginning with Scripture and traveling to modern day phenomena to open the faith journey for each participant. Participants will name sacred moments encountered through their years together and how those moments impacted their faith life. Time is a precious gift. Our purpose is to provide participants the opportunity to affirm their spirituality as a couple. You will have time to recall God moments in life and name how response to those moments impacted your spirituality as a couple. This sacred time together will affirm, deepen and enliven your spiritual journey. We will use some lecture, some private reflection time, some optional group sharing, and lots of prayer.
Presenter: Dana Hoffman, a freelance presenter on religious education topics, is on the Evansville Diocesan RCIA Committee and is Why Catholic? St. Joseph Parish Co-coordinator. She has facilitated and spoken at various religious programs and retreats.
