What is the Best Way to Make a Charitable Bequest?

• You can direct that a percentage of the value of your estate be paid to the Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand, Indiana, Inc.
• You can bequeath a specific dollar amount.
• You can direct that the residuary of your estate, that which is left after all other bequests are satisfied, go to the Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand, Indiana, Inc.
• You can name the Sisters of St. Benedict as a contingent beneficiary in the even that your primary beneficiary predeceases you.
• If you have an existing will but want to include a bequest to the Sisters of St. Benedict, you may be able to do so with a simple codicil to your will.
