Facilitation Services

Facilitation helps a group identify and achieve common goals. The facilitator works with the group representative to clarify the group’s needs, to identify the issues to be explored, to determine who should attend the meetings, and to design a process that will best assist the group. The facilitator manages the process throughout the meetings and provides an executive summary of the meeting content and decisions after each meeting.

Group facilitation services include:

  • Meeting Facilitation
  • Strategic Planning
  • Pastoral Planning
  • Team Building
  • Problem Solving
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Discernment Processes
