Professional Counseling

Sometimes life’s journey is complicated by emotional issues that require extra attention. Psychotherapy helps untangle the knots that interfere with living a peaceful, meaningful life. Some issues that can be helped by professional counseling are self-acceptance, grief, guilt, forgiveness, childhood trauma, sexual orientation, anxiety, fear, and depression.

Sister Jane Becker, OSB, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist. Since 1974 she has provided psychological counseling for clients for whom a religious context or the spiritual journey was important.
