All buildings on the monastery grounds are smoke-free.
Monastery grounds
The monastery grounds offer opportunities for resting, reflecting, walking, hiking, jogging, and bicycling. Among the special places are Grotto Hill, Madonna Lake, wooded areas, a gazebo, Hildegard's Labyrinth (a grass path for walking prayer and meditation), and For Heaven's Sake, the monastery gift shop. Kordes Center guests also have access to YMCA facilities on the monastery grounds.
